Came home early yesterday and decided there should be a BBQ at home, the weather has been amazing in the UAE these past few days, so set out to prepare the "Tikkas" and the "Kabobs". There were Chicken Tikkas, Mutton Tikkas and Seikh Kebobs. (Click on Pictures to get hungry lol.)

All spiced up ready to go on the coal.
on the Coal.
All ready to be devoured.

Kheer to top it off.

UFFFFFFFFFF that looks amazing. I don't eat much meat at all, (besides chicken, which is a requirement if you have any pakistani blood in you) but this looks so tasty. Well done.

I don't know how I missed this the last time I was here, but this is amazingly beautiful food. BBQ my favorite.
I am curious what kind of seasoning did you use? Truely looks like the meal was made by a gourmet cook. Bravo!
exseno, Thanks I am a gourmet cook. I used just yougurt and pakistani spices for seasoning. adding a little raw papaya to the meat to tenderize it.
Oh GOD this has made me SO hungry...I am off to the kitchen.
